About Us & AT&T

An authorized AT&T External Dealer (EDM — External Dealer Market) is a company officially authorized by AT&T to sell AT&T products and services on their behalf. We are fully certified and authorized, which means we offer the same plans, pricing, and promotions as AT&T's own retail stores.

The advantage of working with an authorized dealer like Kaizen Innovations is the personalized, one-on-one service. You get the full AT&T product suite without the crowded retail store experience.

Yes. As an authorized AT&T dealer, we offer the exact same pricing and promotions available through AT&T corporate stores. In some cases, we may have access to exclusive dealer promotions and bundled offers not available at standard retail locations.

We are committed to full pricing transparency — you will never encounter hidden fees or surprise charges when working with us.

We are based in Fairfax, VA, and primarily serve the Northern Virginia region, including:

Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Arlington, Alexandria, Reston, Vienna, Herndon, McLean, Centreville, Chantilly, Woodbridge, and the greater Washington, D.C. metro area.

Switching to AT&T through Kaizen Innovations is straightforward. Here's the general process:

1. Contact us to schedule a free consultation.

2. We assess your needs and recommend the best AT&T plan(s) for you.

3. We handle the setup — including number porting from your current carrier, which is usually seamless and takes effect within a few hours.

4. We follow up after activation to make sure everything is working perfectly.

You typically keep your existing phone number when switching. Check your current contract for early termination fees before switching.

Yes. AT&T frequently offers device trade-in promotions where you can receive significant bill credits for trading in your current device when upgrading to a new one. The trade-in value depends on the device model, condition, and current promotions available.

Account & Support

We don't disappear after activation. Our team provides ongoing support for account changes, billing inquiries, device troubleshooting, plan upgrades, and any other AT&T-related needs.

Think of us as your dedicated AT&T account team — you have a direct point of contact rather than navigating AT&T's general customer service queue.

Most AT&T wireless plans do not require long-term service contracts — you can typically cancel at any time. However, if you finance a device through AT&T's installment plan, you'll be responsible for the remaining device balance if you cancel early.

AT&T Fiber internet plans may offer special pricing for a 12-month commitment. We'll clearly explain any terms before you sign up.
